Last September our office suffered flood damage from Hurricane Helene. As this way the second time we suffered flooding from hurricanes within a year, we made the decision to move premises. We had extensive damage due to the 2-3 foot flood waters, and we had to dispose of a lot of furniture, equipment and inventory. We also ended up with a quantity of inventory items that was affected by flood waters in terms of packaging and minor water intrusion, that we can't hand on heart re-package and sell as new. We are calling these items 'Flood Affected' and created the following statements covering the items listed in this category.

The products listed in this category were affected by the flood we encountered during hurricane Helene. The packaging and instructions got wet and had to be discarded. The product was affected by water ingress in a superficial way. All electronics have been fully tested and the unit has been fully sanitized. SRS Tactical will honor the full warranty for the item. We are offering these units at a super discounted price with the full backing of our service department for the warranty period, whether that be 1 or 5 years.
