To Whom It May Concern, I initially contacted your customer support team on May 12th to sign up for a law enforcement discount and was promptly contacted the next day, May 13th, by Laura Brown, who confirmed that my order had been received. After my order shipped, I realized I had made a mistake, entirely due to my own ignorance. I had unfortunately missed the clearly bolded notice advising customers to double-check product compatibility. Upon receiving the package, I sent it back with an RMA the same day, and by the next business day, Laura had already resolved the issue and arranged to send me the correct item, which I will now receive in time before heading overseas. Laura was incredibly responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. From May 13th until today, we exchanged a total of 22 emails and she remained patient, prompt, and helpful through every one of them. Honestly, I feel bad for the number of questions I sent her way, but I cannot express enough how thankful I am for her assistance. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Laura for her outstanding support. I don't have any feedback for improvement. Every time I need something comms wise SRS is my first stop. You usually have what I need in stock and it always ships fast. Last year I was working through an issue with getting comtacs connected to my cell phone via some cables you sell and a usbc to 3.5mm adapter. Lynwood Todd was the rep I was working with. They helped me get it sorted out and found the issue was with the 3.5mm adapter I was using and provided me a link to one on amazon that worked for what I was needing. I will continue coming to SRS in the future and recommending you guys to others based of my excellent experiences with your customer service and product selection. Thank you,
